An extra English assignment.

Mom read the kids "Where the Wild Things Are" by Maurice Sendak, and then Aiden worked on a Pinterest worksheet and a mom-made one too. Minus the messy printing, he did well I think. I like this type of structure for book knowledge and think I will use it again.

What did the character want? to play

What was the problem? He was being bad.

How did the character solve the problem? No (he didn't)

What was the resolution? he ate his dinner

 

In the beginning... he got sent to his room.

In the middle... it was a jungle.

In the end... he was good again.

The characters... Max, Mum, Monsters.

The setting... a jungle.

The events... he was a monster.
