In Socials Aiden is working through the physical map of Canada. In Science he is exploring the senses.

 Science

 

Learning about bitter, sweet, salty, sour. We also did a blindfolded test to see if he could tell flavors by their smell, such as cinnamon, onion, salt, etc, and then he tasted them to classify which flavor they were.

 

The five sense- smell, taste, see, hear, feel.

 

Learning about parts of the eye. He had already been learning about this in one of his library books :)

 

This is the jungle sticker book that Aiden likes to work on when we need to change it up from the human body sometimes. 

 

He has to find the stickers that match the animals or insects that he reads about.

 

Lots of interesting bugs.
